Shubhi Agarwal is an IIM Ahmedabad alumna with a background in Electronics Engineering. She began her career at Ernst & Young (EY) in business consulting and risk advisory before transitioning to lead marketing for her family’s theme park in Haridwar, India — where she built an in-house team and was nationally awarded for excellence in social media marketing. Combining strategic consulting experience with deep marketing expertise, she founded Venture Lift, a consultancy focused on marketing, positioning, and storytelling.
